Tutoring is provided by volunteer professors, college students, high school students, and local professionals to help develop an interest in mathematics, increase college readiness, and promote a successful future career. FOTCPL PRESENTS! Pictures with Santa from 12 – 2 p.m. in the Library’s Multipurpose Room. Children can write a letter to Santa, color holiday-themed color sheets, and enjoy the holiday music while waiting for their turn to be photographed with Santa Claus. No reservations are required. There is a $2 cash fee per photo; each photo will be printed for same day pick-up and include a holiday card. This annual event is sponsored by Friends of The Colony Public Library. Proceeds benefit TCPL’s youth programs.

The holiday season begins in The Colony with our annual Holiday in the Park festivities, featuring the Parade of Lights and Baking Contest. The event also marks the beginning of The Colony Christmas Spectacular Light Show at Central Fire Station.

The Colony Christmas Spectacular Light Show at Central Fire Station is choreographed to music and can be seen every evening in December from dusk to approximately 10 p.m. starting Dec. 7, through Jan. 5, 2020.
