  6. If you need power provided, please describe your requirements. Please understand there are a limited number of vendors we can select for events that will need power provided to them. 

  7. Electronic Signature Agreement*
    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
  8. Food & Drink Vendor Opportunities*

    ***Fee includes a $50 Temporary Health Permit - Businesses that have an Annual Health Permit with the City of The Colony will receive a $50 discount per event. This only applies to Liberty By The Lake and American Heroes, all other events require the annual permit and the fee has already been discounted.
