Stewart Creek Park Pavilion Request Form

  1. DUE TO COVID-19 CONCERNS, WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING ANY STEWART CREEK PARK PAVILION RENTAL REQUESTS.

  2. Type of Event: *

  3. Are you having a bounce house at your event? If yes, you MUST provide a copy of the bounce house vendor's insurance BEFORE we can complete your reservation. The vendor's insurance should list The City of The Colony as an additional insured party.*

  4. Are you having any special equipment at your event?*

  5. I understand that I am responsible for making sure the pavilion and area around the pavilion is left exactly as I found it.

  6. I am responsible for – • Will not leave any trash sitting by the trash cans • Will not leave any trash on or under the picnic tables • Taking all trash to the dumpster • Picnic tables removed from the pavilion will be put back in the pavilion • All decorations will be removed from the pavilion and area around the pavilion • If confetti was used, it will be swept up and put in the trash can • No glass bottles will be used in or around the pavilion area at my event • I will ask the park host for additional trash bags or cleaning accessories if needed

  7. Clean-Up Deposit

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that you give the Parks & Recreation Department authorization to deposit your check or charge your credit card $250.00 if the pavilion and area around the pavilion is not left in acceptable condition upon the conclusion of your event.

  8. Refund Policy*

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that refunds must be requested a minimum of 2 business days in advance and will be assessed a 20% administrative fee. Refund requests made after the event will only be issued in the event of severe weather or heavy downpour during rental hours. Refunds will not be issued in the event of extreme temperatures or light to moderate rain.

  9. Entry Fee Acknowledgement *

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that there is a $15 per vehicle for non-residents or $10 for The Colony residents (with proof of residency) entry fee into the park. Please make sure that your group is aware of the entry fee; if anyone has an annual pass, they will not need to pay the entry fee.
