In order to qualify to be issued a Business License for operation at Stewart Creek Park, you must meet the following criteria – • Pay... More… In order to qualify to be issued a Business License for operation at Stewart Creek Park, you must meet the following criteria – • Pay a Business License fee of $600/annual season. An annual season is good for 180 days; • Have a current Health Permit for operation of a Mobile Food Truck or Food Cart issued through the City of The Colony. Issuance of a Business License allows the holder to come and go from Stewart Creek Park during park operational hours, subject to the terms and conditions of your Health Permit. Buesiness Licenses are not valid at the park during special events. • Carry commercial general liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000/each occurrence, and have an insurance certificate issued naming the City of The Colony as additional insured; • For purposes other than operation of a Mobile Food Truck or Food Cart, please submit a detailed proposal that explains the proposed business venture that you wish to offer at the park.
