COVID-19 vaccine updateEligible North Texans can now sign up for a waitlist to receive the COVID-19 vaccine on Denton County Public Health's (DCPH) new Vaccine Interest Portal at DentonCounty.gov/COVID19vaccine. Eligible patients are those in Phase 1A and/or Phase 1B of the vaccination rollout, as determined by the Texas Department of State Health Services. In its first week of vaccination clinics, DCPH vaccinated 3,500 individuals. DCPH was allotted 6,000 vaccines this week. Those who sign-up will receive a confirmation text or email with appointment information when they are added to the waitlist. If you do not receive a confirmation text or email within 24 hours of submission into the waitlist, please call the DCPH COVID-19 hotline at 940-349-2585 so they may verify your information.
