Neighbors helping neighbors

First Baptist Church (FBC) members in The Colony partnered last month with the city's Volunteer Assistance Program (VAP) to conduct more than a week's worth of improvement projects at five homes in the community. Projects included repairs to neighbors' fences, siding, and sidewalks, as well as a variety of landscaping work. FBC provided all the labor and supplies, with assistance from city staff in identifying residences in need and acquiring specific equipment. Check out these before, during, and after photos of the work. #ThankYou so much to FBC for helping beautify our community! For more info and more photos, visit the City's Facebook page.
