TCPD participates in National Rx Drug Take Back Day

Rx Drug Take Back Day

The Colony Police Department invites the community to dispose of their old prescription drugs during the DEA National Prescription Drug Take Back Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 27 in the front drive of The Colony High School, 4301 Blair Oaks.

Please do not bring sharps or needles. Contact your medical provider for disposal of those items.

Suspect arrested in aggravated assault

At approximately 2 p.m. April 6, The Colony Police Officers were dispatched to the 5300 block of North Colony Blvd. in reference to an automobile/pedestrian accident.

Several citizens reported a child on a bike had been hit by a car. Officers arrived at the scene and observed bystanders rendering aid to a young juvenile.
