The Colony High School has returned to normal operations. A search of the high school by The Colony Police Department did not turn up anything of note. The incident is still under investigation.
The Colony Police Department will continue a higher-than-normal presence for the remainder of the school day.
ORIGINAL POST: On Tuesday, Feb. 26, several citizens reported to authorities a threat concerning a student at The Colony High School. The threat was posted on a website and included a map of the school.
The Colony Police Department has dispatched Officers to the school to investigate. The Colony Police Department is working with the Lewisville Independent School District investigating this threat. The Colony Police Department will stay on scene until the case is investigated fully, and threats no longer exist.
