The City's Water Production Department will be conducting tests at the water well pump station on Clover Valley from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 27 and Oct. 28. Residents and motorists may notice water running down nearby alleyways toward Blair Oaks.
Specifically, the untreated groundwater will be moving down the alley of Hetherington Place and Crutchberry to the storm drain on Blair Oaks Drive.
