The City is aware residents may have concerns regarding the availability and safety of the city's water. The city is NOT under a boil notice.
Some residents may have received phone calls indicating customers needed to boil their water. That notification does not apply to City of The Colony water customers.
We are continually monitoring and adjusting the city’s water plant and distribution operations in response to the extreme weather conditions and electric reliability issues to maintain safety and supply.
