[ARCHIVED] Notice: Trash/recycling for week of Feb. 15 (updated 2/15/21)

Republic Services truck

Due to ongoing winter storm conditions, Republic Services is delaying this week's service as follows: Republic will collect trash carts only beginning Thursday, Feb. 18, and concluding Saturday, Feb. 20.

They will begin with Tuesday's route on Thursday, and continue all routes through Saturday. We ask that residents place their trash carts in the normal pick-up location no later than 7 a.m. Thursday morning and leave the cart out until Sunday morning so that it can be serviced.

In order to alleviate any overflow from this week's delay/suspension of service, Republic will pick up all bulk, green and extra bags of garbage for ALL residential homes with the same truck at the same time on Monday, Feb 22.

Additional notifications will be released if the forecasted winter storm mid-week further delays Republic Services.

Republic Services will resume normal operations on Tuesday, Feb. 23.

This week's bulk/green waste collection on Monday, Feb. 15, was skipped. It will resume on its next normal collection day.

Further updates will be provided as they become available.
