Park Pavilions

The Colony has numerous park pavilions that are available to rent for gatherings. All pavilions are available for rent on a daily basis in 5 hour blocks of time: 8:00am - 1:00pm or 3:00pm - 8:00pm, or an all day reservation from 8:00am - 8:00pm (for double the cost).  

  • Premium (larger) pavilions are available for rent at Kids Colony Park (side A AND side B) and Lions Club Park. Rental fees for premium pavilions for each time block are $75 for residents of The Colony, and $150 for non-residents. 
  • Standard (smaller) pavilions are available for rent at Bill Allen Memorial Park, Ridgepointe Park, Perryman Park, Dave Cowan Park, Slay/Baker Park, Friendship Park and Kids Colony Park (side A OR side B). Rental fees for standard pavilions for each time block are $50 for residents of The Colony, and $100 for non-residents. 

All pavilion rentals require a $50 clean up deposit separate from the rental payment. Reservations can be made online or by visiting The Colony Recreation Center, 5151 North Colony Boulevard. Availability of a pavilion can be determined by calling 972-625-1106.

Additional pavilions are available for rental at Stewart Creek Park and The Colony Aquatic Park. Both of these parks are fee paid parks and require paying admission for usage of the park.
