Deposits
- Residential (buying) - $75 *past history may require larger deposit*
- Residential (renting) - $150 *past history may require larger deposit*
- Temporary - $75 *past history may require larger deposit*
- Transfer (from one home to another in The Colony) - $25
*If buying - Need copy of Title papers.
*If renting - Need copy of your signed lease agreement.
*All adults on lease or title papers must be listed on the service application.*
Initiating Service
- Service start dates are available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. 24 Hour advance notice is required to start service.
- Same day service is available with an additional $20 fee (depending on availability).
