Mental Health Unit

Officer Carlos Henderson is the Mental Health Coordinator  for The Colony Police Department. Officer Henderson has developed partnerships with county agencies as well as local resources to help facilitate quicker access to care. 

The Mental Health Officer can provide many resources and other recommended community lists, some were recommendations from members in the community form personal experiences. Many have been used and have had positive results with, or, at least the resource attempted to provide assistance. 

Other than the police services listed, The Colony Police Department does not own, operate, or control in any way, any of these contacts, resources, or businesses, and list them only in good faith, as is, and can make no guarantees, nor take on any liabilites, from any services provided, outcomes, or vouch for the people listed on the attached resources. 

Officer Henderson is part of the Patrol Division, and routinely follows up on all mental health related calls to ensure our citizens have access to assistance.
