Benefit Summary

  • Competitive Salary with step raises at 12 - 60 months followed by annual merit raises or cost of living adjustments depending upon approval by the city council each budget year.
  • Monthly certificate pay for TCLEOSE license:
    Intermediate $ 50
    Advanced  $ 100
    Master $ 125
  • Texas Municipal Retirement System
        7% employee contribution with a 2 to 1 city match
        20 year retirement and 5 year vesting
  • Twelve paid holidays per year.
