Party Rental Package :
This package includes exclusive use of the Activities Room, plus full access to all available and age appropriate areas of the Center for all guests. All equipment rental and usage fees apply. This package is only available during Center hours.
$30/hour
Room Only Rental Package:
This package is limited to exclusive use of the Activities Room only. Guests ages 7 and older wishing to use other available and age appropriate areas of the Center will be required to have valid Facility Use Passes. Guests ages 6 and younger wishing to use other available and age appropriate areas of the Center will be required to be accompanied at all times by an adult with a valid Facility Use Pass. All equipment rental and usage fees apply. There is a 2 hour minimum for after hours rentals.
$15 / hour during Center hours
$40 / hour after hours
After Hours Rental Package:
The Colony Recreation Center is available for rentals by non-profit organizations or activities during non-business hours. This package includes exclusive use of the entire facility and full access to all available and age appropriate areas of the Center for all guests. All equipment rental and usage fees apply. There is a 2 hour minimum.
$80 / hour
Gym Rentals:
Gymnasium rentals for practices or fun. Rentals are available during or after Center hours. Call (972)625-1106 for fees and additional rental information.
