Refunds, Credits & Transfers
No refunds will be given for canceled transactions requested less than 48 hours prior to the event start date. Cancellations requested prior to 48 hours of the event start date can be credited to family accounts for a full credit, or if requesting a refund a 20% administrative fee will be charged. Medical refunds will be granted at a prorated amount for the portion of the event missed, if a doctor's note is provided. Events canceled by the Parks & Recreation Department due to low enrollment or other circumstances will result in the patron's choice of full refund, transfer or credit to their family account.
Registration Fees
Fees for all Parks and Recreation programs and activities must be paid at the time of registration. There will be ongoing registration throughout the year for all programs until a particular class or activity has met its maximum enrollment or a particular registration deadline has passed. Ongoing program registration by returning students for the next class session should be done by the last class of the previous session in order to ensure a spot in the next class session. For ongoing programs, a $10 / per student late fee will be applied if the monthly tuition is not paid by the 2nd class of each session.
Waiting Lists
If a course is full, you may ask to have your name placed on the waiting list for that program. If a cancellation occurs, the staff will notify the first person on the waiting list and offer them a chance to register for the program at that time. Payment for the program will be required at the time of registration. If you are contacted from a wait list and enrolled for that program, you will be removed from any wait lists for similar courses. Along with being added to a waiting list, we strongly suggest that patrons register for their second choice because it is not likely that programs which are full will have cancellations.
